I first saw a miniature street clock in “Wood-turning Design” …. sorry I cant find the article and don’t know the issue. They are fun to turn, develop great spindle skills and make a delightful gift. My mom and wife both have one now. I have added this to the classes I give at Woodcraft, my first one is next week. I’ll let you know how that goes. I designed my last clock on my “virtual lathe” and it turned out exactly as I expected and the 3D rendering showed.

I will post some simple “how to’s in this blog later.

Want to know what a virtual lathe is …… look around this site.
